Job Description
We are seeking to hire an in-person Project Coordinator who will serve as a vital asset in maintaining the seamless administrative operations of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and offering comprehensive administrative support to our staff. Your pivotal position will be the linchpin of our office, guaranteeing the smooth and efficient running of all functions. Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and ensure efficient time management for team members for internal meetings and client facing meetings (site visits, drone flights, etc.)
Book flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips.
Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records.
Manage and maintain organized company documents
Order supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure a smooth-running office environment.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist in coordinating team efforts and ensure seamless communication across departments.
Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Able to outsource workers, do interview and create interview report.
Act as a liaison between different departments and handle communications with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
Self-starter comfortable working in dynamic environments.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, Google forms
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Can quickly adapt to new software and applications
Minimum Experience
2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a tech company.
Experience in a tech company environment.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
